Wording Convocations / PV syndic tertiaire

Some of the written elements in the convocations and PVs generated by Syment are not in line with the wording to be used for a specific cabinet typology (tertiary).

• Co-owner(s) → Owner(s)

• Residence(s) → Building(s)

In addition, in the convocations and PV there are several mentions of the laws of 65. These laws apply only to SDCs. Adding the laws to the generated documents should be made optional. The idea is to give you the option of removing these mentions when preparing summonses and PVs.
